How should I properly store my Snuza if I’m not using it for a few weeks or more?
To ensure your Snuza stays in optimal condition over extended periods of non-use, we recommend the following:
- Remove the battery – As with any battery-operated device, removing the battery helps prevent potential leaks, which could damage your Snuza HeroSE. Detailed instructions on how to remove the battery can be found in the Snuza HeroSE user manual, available on our website.
- Use the protective carry case – Place the device in its protective carry case to keep it safe.
- Avoid damp areas – Store your device in a cool and dry place.

お子様の体動が15秒間連続で検出できない際はHeroSEはお子様の動きを促すために振動します。同時に体動検知ランプが赤く点滅します。さらに5秒間お子様の体動が検出できない際は、HeroSEは警告音(アラーム)を発し、体動検知ランプが赤く点灯します。

mode/offボタンを短く一度押すと小音量、2度目で中音量、3度目で大音量に変更いただけます。また、4度目で音をオフにできます。(長めのブザー音が鳴ります。）
警告音を発するまでの時間を変更できますか?
Snuza Heroシリーズに関しては警告音(アラーム)を発生するまでの時間は変更いただけません。

Why doesn't my HeroSE connect to the Snuza Connect app?
The Snuza HeroSE is not designed to connect to an app. Only the Snuza Pico 2 has the ability to connect to the Snuza Connect app and has additional features compared to the Snuza HeroSE.
The HeroSE is a portable movement monitor designed to monitor your baby's movements while sleeping and alert you if no movement is detected for whatever reason, followed 5 seconds later by an audible alarm if movement is still not detected.

Does the Snuza HeroSE need to touch my baby's skin?
No, your Snuza HeroSE does not need to directly touch your baby's skin but the HeroSE's sensor must be in contact with your baby's tummy area, either directly or over a thin layer of clothing like a vest.
Your Snuza monitor should be clipped onto the folded waistband of the diaper or elasticated pants so that the Movement Sensor miantains contact with your baby in their tummy area.
You can also dress your infant in light clothing like a babygrow over the nappy or pants that the Hero is attaced to, but please keep in mind that too much clothing may muffle the alarm, which needs to be heard clearly if your little one is covered with clothing or blankets.
