How should I properly store my Snuza if I’m not using it for a few weeks or more?
If you won't be using your Snuza HeroSE for an extended period, we recommend the following:
Remove the battery. This helps prevent potential battery leakage, which could damage the device.
Store the HeroSE in its protective carry case to help protect it from dust and accidental damage.
Store the device in a cool, dry place. Avoid damp or humid environments.
Before using the HeroSE again, insert a new or fully charged CR2 (CR15270) primary (non-rechargeable) lithium battery if required, and perform the start-up test to ensure the device is operating correctly.

Why doesn't my HeroSE connect to the Snuza Connect app?
The Snuza HeroSE is a standalone child-care aids and does not connect to the Snuza Connect app, a smartphone, or a parent unit. It operates independently and does not require an internet or Bluetooth connection.
If you're looking for app connectivity and additional features such as movement tracking, skin surface temperature, body position, and sleep insights, the Snuza Pico 2 is compatible with the Snuza Connect app.
Does the Snuza HeroSE need to touch my baby's skin?
No. The Movement Sensor does not have to touch your baby's skin directly, but it must maintain firm contact with your baby's tummy for reliable movement tracking.
The HeroSE should be clipped securely onto the folded waistband of the diaper/nappy or the waistband of elasticated pants, ensuring that the Movement Sensor remains in firm contact with your baby's tummy. A thin layer of clothing, such as a vest, may be worn between the Movement Sensor and the skin, provided firm contact is maintained.
Your baby may also wear light clothing, such as a babygrow, over the diaper/nappy or pants to which the HeroSE is attached. However, avoid excessive layers of clothing, as these may muffle the Audible Notification and make it more difficult to hear.
