Frequently Asked Questions for Snuza Go!SE

Why doesn't my Go!SE connect to the Snuza Connect app?

The Snuza Go!SE is not designed to connect to an app. Only the Snuza Pico 2 has the ability to connect to the Snuza Connect app and has additional features compared to the Snuza Go!SE.

The Snuza Go!SE was designed to monitor your baby's breathing movements, by clipping onto your baby's diaper or elasticised pants. If no breathing movement is detected after 15 seconds, an audible alarm will sound to alert you/caregivers to respond quickly and intervene. The alarm settings can be adjusted to 15, 18 or 20 seconds.

If you have any questions please contact support@snuza.com
