I’m unable to connect to my Snuza Pico.

Please ensure the following:
• Your Snuza Pico is on
• Your Snuza Pico is in range
• If your smart device is running on Android 6.0 or above, ensure your Location service is enabled.
– Open Android Settings and tap on the “Connections” item.
– Scroll down to “Location” and tap on it.
– Ensure it is enabled/activated by turning it on.
– Go back to Connections and locate the “Bluetooth” item. Tap on it and make sure it is turned on.
– Restart the Snuza Connect App. You should now be able to connect to your Snuza Pico.
• Your Bluetooth Technology is activated on your smart device
• You are logged onto the App.
• You are trying to connect to your registered Snuza Pico.
