Snuza Go Troubleshooting

The audible tick on my Snuza Go is switching itself on.

The audible tick feature was activated. The Audible tick can be activated or deactivated by pressing the MODE/OFF button. Refer to your manual under Settings on the Audible tick for more information and usage.

I cannot switch my Snuza Go off.

To switch the monitor off, press the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF buttons simultaneously. A shutdown tone will be heard.

The alarm period cannot be changed on the monitor.

Refer to the Snuza Go user manual under “Alarm activation period” for instructions on how to set the alarm period.

My Snuza Go is completely dead, even with a new battery.

If the Snuza Go is still under the twelve month guarantee contact Customer Care by completing the form on the contact us page.

My Snuza Go no longer makes any noise or alarms.

Remove the battery and press the ON/OFF button while the battery is out. Place the battery back into the Snuza Go. Do not switch the unit ON. Does the Snuza Go start alarming with the battery light flashing red? If yes, Replace the battery if the Snuza Go has been used extensively for a long period of time. If the battery has recently been replaced contact a Representative if the Go is still under the 12 month guarantee. contact Customer Care by completing the form on the contact us page.

My Snuza Go movement light flashes red and it beeps (like a low battery alert, but I have replaced the battery recently).

The Snuza Go has activated the Arouse Warning . Refer to your manual “Arouse Warning Section” for more information.

My Snuza Go is false alarming.

Any damage to the sensor would cause the device not to function correctly. The guarantee does not cover the battery, incorrect application, tampering, misuse or transport damage. Refer to the twelve month guarantee in the manual for more information. If there is no physical damage on the device it could be that the sensor is not making contact with your baby’s movement. Always make sure that Snuzas coloured flexible tip maintains constant contact with baby’s tummy. Refer to manual under section “Diaper/Nappy fitment” for more information. My Snuza Go battery was dead when purchased.

Switch the Snuza Go OFF. Remove the battery for 10 seconds and do not press any buttons while the battery is out. Place the battery back in the Snuza GoDo not switch the Snuza Go ON. Does the Snuza Go start alarming with the Battery Indicator Light flashing red? If yes, then If the Snuza Go is still under the twelve month guarantee contact Customer Care by completing the form on the contact us page.

My Snuza Go wont vibrate.

This is the Snuza Go model which does not have a Vibrating function. Only the Snuza Hero and Snuza Pico have the vibrating function.

My Snuza Go beeps continuously.

Replace the battery if the Snuza Go has been used extensively for a long period of time. If the battery has recently been replaced contact a Representative if the Go is still under the 12 month guarantee. Contact Customer Care by completing the form on the contact us page.

My Snuza Go is draining batteries.

After usage make sure that the Snuza Go is switched OFF. An audible tone will be made on shutdown. Not switching the monitor OFF will drain the battery. Please refer to your manual for more information.

My Snuza Go is not detecting movement.

My Snuza Go is switching itself back on.

To turn the Snuza Go OFF press both the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF buttons simultaneous. A shut down tone will be heard. Ensure that the Snuza Go is OFF after usage.
